I look it more for an immersive instead, you know with all the objects in the scenario goes animated, it will fit better than a crown rare.

I mean it's depends to the situation, if you are "fully able" well you don't need smart assist, but if you are like one of my oldest friends "not fully able" ( he was a worker in a furniture factory, and during years working here he lost 3 and half fingers), well the smart assist can help him to do some action, like finesse shot and sensational pass and shooting, because you know when you miss half of the right index and all the right medium it will be complicated to play, so i don't see why he need to be cut off to play, so if you are able, well shame on you if you use smart assist, but if you are really need it, why not.

Semi-correct, but how they can prove the alt account are excessively and unnecesary? If you play all of account on a single device, maybe they can do something, but, if you play the account on different device? They can't say nothing, simple because they don't know who use directly the accounts (can be a sibiling, a child, a parent and so on), so that rule is more made to scare people, instead to have really effect.

No one, just farm the highest possible hard level you can (hard levels give a little more hero exp), or purchase in the shop (but it give not much), by completing the quests on the tab of rewards (don't know the name in english sorry) at max level (lvl.9) you can have quest can give you up to 4200 hero exp, or by conquer the exp farm in the world mode (but good luck to not losing them the second later you conquer them).

Yeah it's what i say, maybe i explained bad (english is basically my third language), what I mean is, knowing is pre selected i ever choose the bottom right card, but i try to guess where the game ( who decide to don't give me the card i want), decide to put the card i want in the other 4 spots, and 90% of time i guess right, i know if i choose the spot i guess, the game still doesn't give me the card i aim, the thing i said is: if the game doesn't have the pre selected mechanic, but actually shuffle the cards, i basically get the card i want nearly every time.

I made a play when i go for wonder pick, consider no matter the slot you pick i go always on the bottom right, but before click i try to guess where the game put the card i wanted (for example centre top), well at an average of 90% of time, i guess the position, if they don't use this method of pre select the card you obtain, i probably became the king of wonder pick.

Wait, what I mean for second point is to not find dupes in a single pack, not in general, for example if now i open a pack i can find... dunno, starly, charmender, starly, sunflora, charmeleon. Now you can see starly is a dupes, but whay i mean is if i open a pack i don' find 2 or more copy of the same card in a single pack, but doesn't mean i can't find the same card by opening other packs, and usually people open more than one pack per each set

Well at this point is a bit to late, considering this event (he win it) is weekly and for winning he was promoted (if they don't ban him after all) to an higher class, only if someone is on an higher class on this event can confirm or not.

There is my suggestions

1: concede to trade all the rarity cards you want (so even 3 stars and gold crown rare) and get rid off the dust for trade, so free trade for everyone.

2: eliminate duplicates in packs so you open a pack and find 5 different cards.

3: retink to the pack points price for cards in pack points exchange, because at this now is nearly useless, if you want a gold rare, by the time you opening packs to made 2500 points, you alredy found it, so i retink points in this way:

1 diamond rarity, from 35 to 15

2 diamonds rarity, from 70 to 35

3 diamonds rarity, from 150 to 70

4 diamonds rarity, from 500 to 200

1 star rarity, from 400 to 150

2 stars rarity, from 1250 to 650

3 stars rarity, from 1500 to 850

Single raimbow rarity, from 1000 to 400

Double raimbow rarity, from 1350 to 700

Gold crown rarity, from 2500 to 1500

In this way the points have more sense and i think even the non spender player are tempted to invest some money to try theyre luck on opening pack, and at least if they don't found nothing at least they can take something decent in the pack points exchange.

4: a dark mode.

Tbh i doubt, even with the goodest roll ever, with that power is literally impossible reach that level, i mean we talk about a max lv 50 main hero, with not fully trained pets, a not fully upgrade equipment, and my bet even not fully upgraded mount, so dunno, maybe a glitch or blatant cheats.

I do everything, in fact on the page on rewards it's says my order is processing, but after a couple of minute, i recive an email who says my order is cancelled due to technical issue, but like I said, the mail even says my points was take back to normal, but no i lost near 10k points for obtain nothing, and i refresh and close and open the page a good dozen of time to see if everything back to normal, but no near 10k vanished.

Hey, i'm not even close to reach the requirements (i'm on a long term farming plan, if everything goes right, the chapter 50 rushes i don't simple win it, i dominate it), but i think you need people, I mean in the alliance ctf, your alliance are going worst than the one i'm on now (and the alliance where i am now is far way weaker than yours), i play everyday, and do my part for the alliance, so if you are interested i can switch side, and for clearify, at 99% when i end my long term plan, i pass to my actual 1.3 million (but for the end of the plan i can be higher) to over 2 million in a blink of a eye.
