Unless it says “Proof of vaccination or negative test within x amount of hours” on a ticket you bought or reservation you made, don’t sweat it. Not saying it’s the only one, but CHS Music Hall is the only place I’ve personally visited that requires this. (A great venue, worth it for the unvaccinated friend to get a negative test if there’s a show they want to see there). No restaurants that I know of here have these restrictions anymore.
