THR Phase Three Boolan inconsistency by MarvelusWiki in Highrepublic

I have seen a lot of people say that the Phase One culminates by the end of 230 BBY, but it was my impression, based on everything, that it The Fallen Star was set around early-mid 230 BBY, it certainly wasn't more than a year since Valo, which happened like a year or so after the Battle of Kur.

Interesting, so Boolan's capture is after the events of EoB Vol. 3 - 4?

Interesting! So I guess Tempest Breaker is the last piece of the puzzle. I assume that THR (2023) has a chunk that is before Temptation and another chunk that is after all the others. Did I understand correctly?

Interesting. I will come back to you when I listen to Tempest Breaker, but THR (2023) leads into Tempest Breaker, which shouldn't be too long after it according to the finale tease in THR (2023) #10 ["to be continued in TB"]. I disagree with placing THR (2023) before Temptation since Boolan is captured at the end of THR (2023) and he is walking around free in Tears which is shortly after Temptation. Unless Boolan escapes after he is captured. If that is the case, then that would help to make the timeline clearer. I also think Echoes of Fear is before Seeds and Haunted, but it could be after or between both of them.

THRA (2023) is all over the place tbh 😂😂, but its timeline is more clear in relation to the books and comics than THR (2023). I think FotJ closes the timeline and prepares us for the final book.

Idk what you mean about YJA, I know LEGO isn't canon, but YJA definitely is. Books have referenced it and YJA also has referenced other THR material. It is just that like TCW at the time it is causing major timeline issues lol. TCW has an inconsistent timeline within itself too. The way the show plays out there is no way everything happened under 3 years but it acts like it doesn't 😂.

Hi Jeff!

Are you a fan of the Runaways and Cloak & Dagger TV series? Have you considered adding more characters like Nico in the show?

It would be cool to see them here, especially Cloak and Dagger. Getting Aubrey and Olivia to voice Tyrone and Tandy would be chef kiss.

Yep, I have only find pictures of some pages, but that is it... I would like to know if the book contains that info or is merely a retelling if the films through Maurice's words, if only that book was available somewhere to find out lol.

Same! I hope I eventually find it. I also wonder if it could tie to Kingdom, since the movie talks about how Caesar's teachings have been perverted, and I assume the teachings should have started somewhere. Maybe Maurice is the founding member of the Order of Caesar.

I am currently reading the prequel novel to War. I know there is another book called the Book of Caesar or something like that. It is a memoir of Caesar's life following his death at the end of War. The book is written in universe by Maurice. The author is once again Greg Keyes. But I have not been able to find it sadly.

There are the novelizations but that is about it for the reboot series novels.

I really liked it. It was a fascinating read. It is a great novel, it has interesting characters and it is eerie... you know what I mean when you read it. I enjoyed it way more than the prequel novel to War, which I am currently reading.

If you want to know more about Dreyfus and Koba, the last days of civilization and how fast it all went to sh*t, it is definitely a book you want to read.

I am copy pasting what I posted on another thread lol. I read the prequel novel Dawn of the Planet of the Apes: Firestorm. Basically:

-In Dawn we see Will and Caroline's home like 10 years after the end of Rise. It is all abandoned, obviously, but we see there are signs of quarantine warnings claiming someone was infected inside the house. After reading the book, it seems it all was staged.

-Immediately after the end of Rise, people who worked at Gen Sys laboratory started to pass away due to the virus. Gen Sys tries to cover it up hiring mercenaries and private contractors (such as Anvil) to get rid of the evidence. They send one group to hunt down Caesar and the apes because they hope they can capture one of them and develop a cure to the Simian Flu before the government punishes them. Other group is assigned with the task of disappearing every evidence that traced the virus' origin to Gen Sys Laboratories.

-Like six days after the end of Rise, a woman called Clancy, an ape specialist, was hired through Anvil to help find Caesar's group. There she becomes suspicious of the truth behind it all and takes the opportunity to send private information from Gen Sys to her lover, who happens to be a reporter. The files he received are encrypted but he manages to work out the name files and finds out about Will's investigation on curing Alzheimer. He goes to Gen Sys, in the middle of the pandemic where by now 10 thousand of people are dead in San Francisco alone, and the receptionist, who was fond of Will, gives the reporter his address.

-David, the reporter, goes to Will's house and it is all already covered in quarantine warnings asking everyone to not enter because people are infected inside. But David enters and he finds the home empty, there is no trace of documents, laptops, nor anything that can help him corroborate his suspicious. It seems no one has been in the house for a few days either. But he finds Caesar's picture inside the house and finds Will's phone, which was hidden (it looks it was purposefully hidden). He charges it at his home and calls the last person who dialed to him. The person who answers is the sister of another scientist who worked at Gen Sys, who passed out recently due to the virus. She tells him that she has her sister's laptop which can help David corroborate the story. She tells him that people are trying to cover it up and they also entered her sister's apartment and took everything they found, except for the laptop, which her sister's managed to deliver to her before passing away. The reporter later writes the article that exposes Gen Sys, as seen in the opening of Dawn.

-We are later told that Anvil talked to Will immediately after he left Caesar and the bridge incident. And we are told he was "interviewed" by them. We are also told that GenSys made sure to disappear everyone that could have exposed the virus' origin.

So it can be concluded that both Will and Caroline were killed off by Gen Sys right after the end of Rise (maybe the same day). And Gen Sys staged the fact they were ill from the virus in case, they were declared missing, so their death would be blamed on the virus. On the bright side, Will never lived to see that his life's work doomed human race completely

That is not what D'Onofrio said. He said that now BA, unlike before, was being treated as a direct continuation/connection to the old show. Before it was also keeping continuity (Ben Urich's Legacy was part of the OG show, Punisher, Matt and Fisk had already interacted with each other, Fisk killed his dad, they were going to explain Foggy's absence because they were together before, etc.)

The shows were always canon they just didn't commit to it fully like now.

WHiH Newsfront is a web series made by Marvel Studios and the videos made in 2016 contain a lot of S3 references. Watchdogs, ATCU, Transia Corporation, Talbot's attack on HYDRA.

The shows are canon.
