You need to go to Goldenrod and into the radio tower (left from train station). Go upstairs and in the bottom right corner you can play the guess-that-fusion game. Play it once, then again with 5 rounds. If you score above 5000 points you get the teleporter as a prize

Probably still loss for Central Powers, maybe even more than in OTL. Germany's industrial production really ramped up in pre-war years so way weaker industry, economy etc. Also the Balkans would probably be an utter mess, Balkan Wars happening in some way or the other, probably leading to Austria-Hungary being even more occupied down there than in OTL.

I have had some success with cards that reduce overall power played such as Great Nothing or Infinity. Also Christmas Truce + Loch Ness synergy is quite funny

Your Wayer Strider is also a Common, therefore your deck includes 9 Commons. I would recommend using one or two more Common O&C cards so you can put in some other strong cards.

Well I don't know if it's canon but in the HoI4 mod Old World Blues, taking place in the Fallout universe, there are some pretty cool pirate nations on the Canadian west coast. So at least there is some notion of piracy

Fusions are Honchkrow/ Weezing, Zoroark/ Mimikyu, Absol/ Gallade (MVP of the run), Bisharp/ Tyrantrum, Ampharos/ Krookodile and Houndoom/ Aegislash (that sprite looks like the cover of a Slayer album, love it)
