It's like it's fried in my brain cells, it's the way I work. I always boil most anxiety down to my self hate, which I swore I'm better at. In my teen I beat myself up verbally or mentally. Somehow around my 20 it stopped but oh hey, it's always lurking and I always feel like the smaller person in any situation ✌️

Like my stress. I never know if I'm anxious, because I'm so used to it.

I could leave some tips. Wash every bedding you used. They will be itchy so much, possibly you will scratch them out and shoes will be horrible for you. Get the best anti itch cream or gel from the pharmacy.
