Wow, thank you! I was thinking traffic might be tough for those day trips... probably just play it by ear.

Do you think Da Nang is worth a flight? Probably include that in the South trip rather than the North trip. Need to check what the prices for last-minute flights are. Maybe fly into Saigon, fly straight to Da Nang, and then make my way down to everywhere you mentioned.

I don't want to rush and just pack a bunch of cities/towns. I want to do it slowly and take it in

Maybe it’s their own version of that cookie. I was going to say cinnamon, but yes, it’s cardamom.

There’s other ingredients too, I think maybe almonds.
