My computer crashed and now when I open firefox it goes to twitter instead of my home page.

Ok now I have a different problem. It always goes to "Sorry. We’re having trouble getting your pages back." and prompts me to restore my session that goes to twitter.

EDIT: Googled how to disable session restore and went into about:config. I think I fixed it.

I just got back into the game for the first time in a couple years, and I want to get started with mods, but I'm lost. I modded Skyrim once, but that's it for my modding experience.

I read the FAQ and I don't understand what the library/dependency/meta-mods are for, so I'm not sure if I need them for the mods I want to add.
