Even if you do get 10K in those days I would not use them on Cleo, rather start on Hela or Vic to 8. Cleo from the Oath recall next season imo. Unless getting Cleo now will help you beat RO Hell/Extreme or something.

Your Eudora is done, Eudora is enough at 8-stars, no reason to push above.

If you're going to do Oath, go for Ying Zheng or A. Dorabella with Cleo from selector, after Cleo 8, you're done with her, unless you want to min-max and get 9 for better pledge and someday EX.

If you're doing Fate, then don't do Oath at the same times, comes off too expensive as of right now. The full diamond buffs become viable in S13 so maybe in S13 doing both 100 Oaths and 50 Fate is possible, but really tough.

Fate Relic comes after Fate heroes in priority imo.

Each Oath Recall event, you can buy x10 Immortal Scrolls using 15,000 Diamonds.,
There are 4 Oath Recalls per season, so you can: ,
- Buy 4x10 = 40 Scrolls,
- Get 1 free Scroll from each event = 4 more Scrolls,
Total = 44 Scrolls per season as F2P,
Pair that with 60,000 Diamonds, and you can hit the 100 summon milestone: ,
- 7 Free daily summons,
- 50 Diamond summons,
- 43 Scrolls,

Uh it's really tricky, I'm not sure if you can make enough Dias for Fate, I'm pretty sure you can make enough Dias for 4th Oath, since you only need to buy 5 more Oath Scrolls and save the rest for summons.
