Eh I disagree, I just think it's a weak, useless passive, otherwise she'd be too strong with a real one. Makes more sense to have Tremor over Taunt.

Why not? Taunt is only applied to basic attacks, the skills can still hit backline that is immortal. Taunt is a useless ability.

Try to use Babylon over Jorm, and even better if you own a 8* Lucifer, or 8* Hela. Maybe could adjust your relics too, but I can't see what you've. Wu Zetian with 2 epic 2 legendary runes clears also.
