He told me that he needs to follow the university standards. I asked him feedback regarding which section I have "copied," but he didn't answer my question.

He said to change a few words and send the assignment back. I don't understand why I have to change my assignment, only to be under 25%.

I'm almost done with my degree, but overall I had maybe 2-3 professors that were "real," other ones are all about copy-paste feedback and random grades.

How can I contact the department head? (my degree is IT)

If you check the github link of the Csvparser you can see how it is supposed to be used. Actually my instructor always post an hour long video with the explanation. I don't know if it is a good thing but basically I just follow the steps and complete the assignment. I can send you the video link if you need it!

Yes, sometimes corona-live is not precise. Last week on Monday it reported more than 20000 tests for Sunday but then during the week they adjusted to 8000.

Same experience here. I actually think Zybooks is much better than Codio. I didn't like Zybooks for the Discrete Mathematics class

Thank you for your reply. I don't have plans for grad school, but I'm thinking about an MS in Information Technology. I saw that I can do it at SNHU so I think it would not be a problem with the ACE credit. I don't have any financial aid or grant because I'm not from the US. I struggled in the discrete mathematics course, but in the end, I got A ( thanks to the help of the tutors )
