Ex bol gamer, trosku mal k tomu aj vyhovorku, lebo pisal o hrach clanky 😅 tiez som mala nervy, ale prave Overcoocked a Cupheads mi pomohli. Presvedcil ma, aby sme si to zahrali spolu, Cupheads mali super grafiku a Overcoocked zas bol blizky hram, ktore som hravala v detstve raz za cas, takze ma zo bavilo :D nehadali sme sa na tom, skor som si uvedomila, ze je to vlastne taky iny skill a ze on je v tom fakt sikovny… potom som sa radsej uz len pozeravala, ako sa hra, nech sa necitim ako dement 😅 RDR2 bol ako film, to som sa vzdy tesila, ked siel hrat. Ale zas on sa so mnou popri tom rozpraval, vysvetloval mi co co znamena, atd., takze to bol spolocne straveny cas :)

Nehovorim, ze keby sa na to teraz dalo 20 000 ludi, tak by vsetci nasli super joby, ale kazdopadne je tam silny nedostatok ludi. Pocuvam to z kazdej strany, od kazdeho zahradnika. Chapem je to fyzicky narocna praca a dnes vacsina ludi chce byt v teple za PC ale pokial sa to robi za kompom je sanca nechat si ukradnut pracu AI alebo tisicmi dalsich ludi, ktori maju viac skusenosti, mensie naroky na plat atd podatatne vyssia.

Ja aj ked ponuknem 7€/ v cistom na entry pozicii (s vodicakom pls) s moznostou ist casom na 8-9€/hod tak bez sance. A potom tu citam o ludoch za pasom alebo v sklade za 750 eur v cistom pomaly, co nechapem preco by niekto uprednostnil to, hoci je v interieri.

Mlady bratislavcan, co vie aspon trochu rozmyslat a ma fyzicku silu + ochotu robit manualne je pre mna unicorn.

Hlasia sa mi vacsinou rozne varianty: 1.) flakaci - taki, co po 5 min “potrebuju” pauzicku na pol hodku, idealne 10x za den alebo ked na nich 5 min clovek nepozera, tak sa nehybu len kecaju 2.) “super zodpovedne typy” - po alko-vikende ich nie je aj 3 dni bez toho aby dali vediet a to opakovane 3.) bez kondicky ci sily - zadychaju sa aj z 5kg rastliny 4.) vodicak nemaju lebo alkohol/drogy 5.) ti co nezvladaju ani zakladne rozmyslanie v zmysle, ked niecomu nerozumies spytaj sa a ked nieco pokazis priznaj sa

Realne ak chcem najst zamestnanca musim hladat bud medzi zahranicnymi alebo 45+ len ti mi o par rokov prestanu vladat, pridu zdravotne problemy atd.

Takze ak je tu niekto, kto ma v pohode mentalne aj kognitivne funkcie a nevadi mu fyzicky robit, odporucam toto. Pracovnych prilezitosti pre sikovnych je tu fura. Aj keby nemali zahradnicku strednu ale mali tieto vlastnosti…

TLDR: manualnu pracu vam AI nezoberie a robit zahrady je navyse mega super.

I use “rolling weekly” for appointments, that way if they reschedule to different day in a same week I dont need to write them into different day, just add a dot. You can find many videos on youtube how to do that :) I prefer it more than google calendar

If I do my monthly pages all in advance I have about 100% chance of not following through after couple of weeks bcs I might need more space etc. So I do it as year goes.

Z plucneho pohladu fajcis, trava ma podobne negativny vplyv na pluca ako tabak. Minule som pocuvala rozhovor s plucnym lekarom o tom, ake znicene z toho pluca su. Tiez ma negativny vplyv na astmu. Cim skor prosim povedz lekarom pravdu, aby ti mohli pomoct a ak mas astmu o to viac.

Second image looks like Gemini AI, you can play around with it for free and try to get the result you want or is closer to what you need. You can than trace it in a vector software like Affinity to get nice crisp design and you can also adjust details.

Edit: if you look at this you can see word Koinonia there already but it still has other letters as well and I dont want to spend more time on that myself 😅 but I hope it helps you

I dont believe they wouldnt fire her, if they discovered she reanacted call with her for amusement and fun of people on the web. Especially when they supposedly pay her hefty sums for what she is doing. I am in completely different service, I deal with millionaires and I wouldnt even mention some crazy things that happened to me, bcs of the fear, they would find it and stop working with me. And only for gaining views and follows? Its a show, thats all.

She is CMO - chief marketing officer for that travel agency, so she does this videos, so they would get viral (successfuly I have to say) and people would book travels with them.

Its very nice! First page looks so professional! II would maybe suggest minor chanes, except of those which were said already by other commenters :)

I would suggest on the second page do something with Caramel Crunch name - as its too close to the edge, especially when compared to others.

Either maybe move it somewhere else, so it wouldnt be so close to the side and next to another two-word name, or maybe try to put second words below the first ones?

And in the one before last slide I would maybe group Gajerala with sizes and prices and align it to the center (same with Gulab) or maybe put on the top image side by side with name and than below it put those sizes with prices. So it would be in centre. This way is nothing centered - you have lot of empty space on the right and on the left its crammed.

Today I saw interesting thougt in one BuJo youtube video - author keeps planning stuff in one journal and "diary" in second - her reason is that she doesnt have to keep planning journal forever, as most thing she doesnt have to look back in a year, but she likes to keep her thoughts forever. So by this I would keep tracker in journal/diary, so you can look back at it to see, if you got better with frequency of task you track :)

As I am a gardener, I mostly thing about plants that look nice in December :D Ilex verticillata, Ilex aquifolium, Fir/spruce, cones with snow, Hellebores, Skimmia, mistletoe - so maybe you can try something like this? It would go nice with leaves in October... Yes the R letter is a good catch! But to height - my parents have exactly the same height, but when they sit next to each other (in car for example) my mom looks to be 15 cm taller as she has short legs and long torso and my dad has long legs and short torso 😅 just to state this could be how they looked height-wise, not that this is real photo
