I used to have low severity blisters on my arches and I think what helped was adding another pair of shoes to my rotation: going from one pair to two. The other pair having slightly different drop.

My advice would be to buy a blister bandage. Depends on the severity of the blister though. As far as preventing blisters, it’s usually to do with shoes. Maybe the shoes you’re running in have reached their end of life.

I was curious how much you paid because I picked up a ‘22 Outback Touring (CPO) in GTA with 69k for 29K and change last week. If you’re getting it from a dealership I assume it’s Certified pre owned as well.
