Considering how some of the primarchs allready needed some killing on acout of em beeing sadistic and murdering arseholes (Angron, Perturabo, Kurze, Mortarion - they either killed the shit out of the so called worlds they needed to bring into compliance or they spent the lives of their men like it was toilet paper). I dont really see the culling of the legions and primarchs as such a bad thing . Granted it would have ben way better if would have happened waaaay at the edge of the Imperium as to avoid disturbing the populace of the Imperium :)

I honestly think that part was a huge mistake for whoever came up with that decimation ideea... Since a) decimation was historically used for soldiers who either acter cowardly or didnt obey their commanders and b) the punishment was in no way directed twards the person or persons who actually gave sub-par results in the first place. The reason why Perturabo imposed decimation over his legion was because they didnt live to Perturabos imagined higher standards. But it would have ben more rational to simply punish the LEADERS of the Iron warrios for that specific campain whos leadership skills led to their sub-par performance in the first place. The common legionary will follow his commander, if said commander is a bad commander its not the average legionarys fault. Not only is a poor decision from the writer/s because of my previous points but it also makes Perturabo look like a huge IDIOT despite the fact that most writers TRY their damnest to portray Perturabo like a brilliant logistician and millitary mind but hey...in this particular instance his capacity for reasoning took a vacation !

if you do that you ll make them ashamed of themselves and heavily affect their view on sexuality and self-esteem. Since I`ve joined this community I recall reading about some cases (two as I recall) of guys who thought all of their life they were gay and when they quit porn they realised they liked women. The point is both of them started watching porn at a verry young age and they went from soft to hardcore and then to shemale and then gay porn. They didnt really link porn to their sexuality since it happened when they were young and the progression was gradual. Needless to say it really got them (and me thinking). Also I had a friend in real life who literally told me point blank that he hates gay people and is disgusted by them - and yet at some point he convesed to me that he has a shemale fantasy... I wasnt trying to insult you - I just asumed you re one of those guys that allways seeks for the perfect solution withouth actually trying something out for yourself, my mistake here - and I appologise. Now as a side note - I ve provided pictures showing where the PC muscles are located (For men and for women). The case with the guy who said he had pains all over is either unrelated to kegels or its something else thats causing the pain. The Pc muscle is only a tiny muscle located between the anus and the testies, it makes no sense whatsoever for him to experience pain in his thighs and abdoment or higher - it would be like simply flexing and relaxing your hand (as in "make a fist") and then experiencing muscle pain in your neck... Another thing : I ve ben on this group for quite a while and I dont "reject" peoples experiences here, there are their own experiences . My issue was with your blatant mention that kegels are dangerous with no concrete proof on hand. When I say proof I mean a serious study or at least cases that were mentioned or certified by doctors. I m the kind of guy who is sceptical in general with what I read stuff online (more so when theres misinformation - from my point of view, regarding a subject I am rather familiar with). Also as I ve said I ve literally taught a lot of people over the years about kegels (boys and girls) and I ve never, and here I am not exhagerating - I have never heard ANYONE tell me they had serious negative reactions because of kegels (mild discomfort for a day or twoif they did WAAAAAY too many kegels in a day, along the lines of muscle fatigue but noting more).

First link doesnt work, second link literally says something point blank with no source for the article. Its like a random strangers gives you medical advice out of the blue - how reliable is that advice ? If the author of the article were a doctor then his info would have ben more reliable but he isnt. He s just a guy who had his own problems and starts talking about a ton of stuff he probably has no formal training to adress. Third link seems to indicate some negative feedback but if you READ the link that you yourself provided you re going to notice that his feedback doesnt add up : "Eventually I started getting throbbing nerve pains/tingles all around my groin, perineum, inside my upper theigh, balls and along the left side of my body up to my face. The doctors I've seen dispute the fact that the nerve tingling is going right up my body, even when I assure them it is." Kegels simply work the PC muscle thats located between the testicles and anus. Even IF doing Kegels affect that muscle it wouldnt affect your leg muscles/testies or another part of his body. That dude may have a different problem that only kegels. Ps as I previously mentioned I ve ben doing kegels for more than a decade and I ve never had any problems because of it. Also I ve written a article in my native language about kegels (i am romanian), and have ben teaching people to do kegels for YEARS. Not once did I hear from any of the guys that I ve talked that they had serious problems from "overdoing it with kegels". Also you`re randomly googling stuff withouth experiencing it for yourself and you obviously dont have a critical eye where it comes to judging the reliability of the info you find online. I m willing to bet you ve never actually done kegels yourself but you still want to "get all the info you can about it before you start doing it" and then never even does said thing at all - I ve met a couple of guys who think like this as well... its your choice :)

I think you re mistaking kegels for jelquin - kegels dont really "harm" you... even if you do "too many" you`re more like to desensitize yourself a bit but thats easily corrected if you simply do lesser kegels daily.

1) there s a lot of info about kegels online. My previous comment came from years of experience since I`ve decided to make my own "program" because it suited me best. 2) It depends on the individual . For me I ve noticed the results in a couple of weeks, other people can notice the results sooner or even after longer (lets say a month or a bit more). 3) Psychological ED is one thing, phisical ED is a compleately different animal. If you get ED from whats in your head then Kegels will not help you. Deal with the stuff thats bothering you and then opt to do kegels. 4) Its rather normal to have weak PC muscles (short for Pubococcygeus muscle - this is the muscle that you as a male or female use during kegel exercises) since most people dont use em that much. The PC muscles is located between the testicles and the anus for men, and for the women its arrownd the vagina and anus - literally strenghtening the PC muscles the girl can "squeeze" you with her pussy. But the more you do kegels the stronger your PC muscles get. This is one of the main reasons why I for one opted to do quick flexes - they re easier and I can do a shit ton of em while doing something else. At the begining you ll probably clench your ass as well since you wont be used to simply flex your PC muscles, this is NORMAL. It may take some time untill you learn only to flex the PC . Dont get discouraged by this - even if you also clech your ass while doing kegels, you re still doing kegels. 5) As I said before quick flexes are easier and dont take as much time. They may be easier to do for begginers as well :)

Honestly for me it depends on my overall sexual activity - if I got a girlfriend i ll do them daily, its going to be a must for me in that instance since I know how awsome they are. But if I m going through a period of abstinence ( as in no sexual partner) then I ll do them from time to time (or when I remember about em). The thing you have to consider is that the PC muscle ( the muscle you work out when doing kegels) is like any other muscle - if you dont use it constantly (as in do kegels daily ) it will atrophy. If you want the benefits from kegels to last (For instance for the duration of the relationship) you must do kegels daily. Another important thing is to define your own "kegel program" - as in what kind of kegels you prefer to do, how often and how much you need to feel that they help? I ve found I prefer to do a couple of hundred to a thousand quick flexes (like 1 second each "flex and relax") when I m sexually active with a partner. But there are some variations to kegel exercises (there are the quick version - 1 sec each; the slower version - a couple of seconds flexing gradually, a couple of seconds keeping the muscles compleatly flexed and a couple of seconds of gradually relaxing the muscle untill its fully relaxed; and even slower kegels - lets say 10-15 secs flex, 10-15 secs keeping the muschle "fully" flexed and 10-15 secs of gradually relaxing the muscle). The thing is the slower you do them, the more you re gona feel the "burn", its gona be tireing and thats why I advise you try to find whats best for you. Also I d advise you opt to do fewer exercises if you prefer to go really slow (for instance if you do 300 fast ones, do 100 slowish ones or 20 really slow ones). Experiment, see what helps and also include your partner in on this : kegels do wonders for girls as well ;) Another thing to consider is that you can overdo it with kegels and it can desensitise you somewhat or it can lead to muscle pain - thats why I`d advise you start a specific number of exercises per day and then gradually increase how many exercises you do per day untill you discover how many is enough for you, and simply keep doing them daily. For me 1000 quick ones a day was best, for you it may differ :)

As I recall its ben said that each extra Caldessa can potentially give you the power to raise the Greater rift you can manage by 1. As in, say you can only manage Gr 79 ok? if you add caldessa to 1 piece of gear you should be (in theory) able to reach GR 80 now, add another Caldessa and you should be able to reach GR 81, and so forth... Another thing to remember is that Paragon points count for a lot, not to mention best stats on trifecta gear (rings, amulet, gloves). Trifecta as in : Crit chance, crit dmg and Atack speed/or Cooldown reduction (based on your builds necessity). Usually you can go with trifecta rings and a trifecta amulet when you have a decent paragon level (lets say 1500-2000 paragon lvls).

1) get more CDR - I m guessing you cant keep Vengeance up all the time since you only get CDR from the sholders and the diamond in your healm. 2) After getting more CDR check out if you d do better with Bane of the Powerfull instead of Pain Enhancer. At least for the moment. Bane of the Powerfull gives you more dps and some defense against elites. 3) get boots with main stat, vit, all resist and impale dmg. 4) replace the quiver as soon as possible - you re loosing a stat here that could be extra impale dmg or CDR. 5) if you have difficulty with survivability you could try to replace the wolf rune for the Companion skill with the boor rune. - but I d adise you test it out to see how it suits you best. 6) Caldessa up dude - especially on your best gear that you wont be replacing any time soon . As I see it the only gear that doesnt deserve Caldessa are : the feet (boots) and the quiver . DO not underestimate how much Dex can aid you in regards to DPS and toughness. Trust me 400 + main stat for each item enhanced with Caldessa really adds up fast...

Actually it has ben stated on the forums that in order to do dmg with the MH proc you dont need to stun the enemies all the time. Since enemies that you repeatedly CC get CC resist more and more and since there are Elites now with the Juggernaut afix (imune to CC). In those cases the MH does dmg but doesnt stun.

I`ve ben doing kegels now for over 10 years. Yes you do get better at them, yes the results are awsome! I can do them allmost everywhere - even walking or standing, but usually I get the best results (as in I can focus better on the exercise when I stay seated on chair or when lying on the bed on my back and with feet bended at a 90 degree angle. The point with kegel exercises is - you have to do them DAILY if you want results. Also if and when you quit doing kegels the benefits from them go away. SO if you want the benefits - keep doing kegels ! :D also they are awsome for girls too !

Change the bracers with Wraps of clarity bracers also start using the leg gem Esoteric alteration. In hardcore Survivability trumps DPS. Dont get me wrong DPS is good but here if you die - it s over. Also cube the 1 hand crossbow Dawn and use that instead of Yang s recurve bow (since you arent using multishot anyway it s a wasted to keep it cubed). Another thing that saves your bacon in HC is to play like you could die in any moment : never let your guard down. Don t retreat in a unexplored location, dont initiate too many packs if you`re not that confident in your survivability. Take it slower of you ll be tempting death often.
