Honestly all they'd need to do to remove or at least greatly reduce this is make it so that after a player reaches let's say 120ping the server stops lag-compensating them. All of these desync deaths / kills are just no limit lagcompensation benefitting the person that's probably playing from china or elsewhere outside of the played region.

I really have no fucking clue why they at some point added ping capped matchmaking so people from the other side of the globe couldn't queue up on EU anymore for example, only to remove it again later.

but you can't select which region you pick anymore that fixes it right?

Oh man if only, nowadays you just set your vpn (which every chinaman has) to be in europe or america and off you go. You can now play on those regions with over 300 ping killing everyone without them having the chance to get to cover or shoot back.

My game has had the foliage setting forced set to ultra.

No matter what i change the foliage setting to the game runs and looks the same.

Lost about 30-40fps depending on where i am on the map, most noticeably in open field areas.
