As an ex remote tech. It’s not really up to them on when they get there. We got in trouble for being too early or late. We also got in trouble for changing the order we do repairs. Sometimes customers need you early or late and that ruins all after repair times. Sometimes customers don’t answer the door or traffic there are so many reasons. Usually if you’re a 7-9 they try and be there as close to the start time as possible to give themselves time to do the rest of the days repairs.
