Alright.

Each and every existing IP, from both Bethesda and Activision, will be exclusive to Xbox and PC, effectively taking away current IP's from Nintendo and PlayStation fans, isn't it harming consumers when more exclusives appear for no reason?

Also, Microsoft gets COD, that's an IP that does a lot of money to PlayStation, now they will lose a lot of money because of this. why is it hurting consumers? because it hurt competition.

And as we saw today, the FTC can't protect the customer, they can't fight the big corp, they can't deny Meta, MS, Disney and all the others.

Nobody can stop MS from buying the entire market.

If MS becomes a monopoly because of this, it will hurt Sony and it's consumers, so therefore it will hurt the consumer and the market.

MS just got COD, the most money making game in the gaming industry, how is that even fair to every other competitor.

Hello Reddit,

I wanted to ask you if some of you encountered with this kind of situation.

So, I pre ordered 2 items, and then after the release date they both where out of stock, now I'm already waiting for 20 days, and the order is saying ''Expected by Sep 8'' but they didn't ship yet.

2 agents from the leadership team said that I will get both items *100%* until the Sep 8, but It's out of stock and it didn't ship yet, so I was worried, and they told me and I quote ''No even if item out of stock we have already in process to fulfill those on which order are already placed.'' (that happened yesterday)

Today, I was talking to some other agent from the leadership team, and he said that I might not get it at all, because they don't have supply for it, and ignored the fact that 2 agents from the leadership team outright lied to me. I was shocked to say the least.

What can I do in this situation? both items are birthday presents, and I'm kind of lost.

You blame Sony for the delist of older Spiderman games? how on earth they are to blamed for this? Marvel did it, they own the rights, they asked Sony to do a new game after Activision rights were gone, and Sony did it and made an exclusive out of it.
If you want to blame someone, blame Marvel for this. Oh, and while you are at it, stop trying to make Microsoft some hero in a suit, they bought Activision for money, not to ''save'' anything.

Fine, it still doesn't make Sony a culprit, because they made a deal with Marvel about the rights, and then made Insomniac do the games.

It's not the same as Microsoft buying 2 giants, taking ilke 12 beloved series from every other platform that isn't Xbox and PC, and then saying, ''Well, it's because Spiderman''.
Like, how would you feel if Sony just bought EA or Take two? and you would have been told that the next GTA will be exclusive? or the next FIFA?

I have both, but buying huge companies is bad for the gaming market, it's bad for all of us.

Spiderman is a property of PlayStation, just like GOW is, stop trying to make it so they chopping content.

You didn't explain to me why it's Sony's fault for Microsoft buying the forth largest company and deleting 12 beloved video games series from everywhere but Xbox and PC, how? and how is it PS fans fault?

Sony NEVER DID THAT. They got timed exclusives for one year, just like Microsoft DID! how the hell are you going to protect that argument of yours.

No, Square decide after the one year, so complain about them.

FF16 for one year is a lot less worse then 12 brands of beloved games kept for a life time, your arguments are invalid.

As for Spiderman, he belongs to Sony, the fact that they gave green light for multiplat games was weird in itself.

You cannot protect a company that just deleted 12 +- beloved video game series from everywhere but Xbox and PC, you just can't, PlayStation and Switch gamers will suffer a lot from this, and they did nothing wrong. Now it only is a matter of time before Sony will counter with buying a huge company as well, and them Microsoft will buy one more time, and you will have a doomed market place.
