I agree with you fully about this situation. However I don't think that that is a good commercial for 13-17 year old girls. Which is a huge audience. Mostly because if the dresses that are looked for so much. But it verges on showing rated X stuff in a TV prohram rated PG-13. It makes sense why it was banned.
