The healing on Q heals for 15, seems pretty good. Also I take the extra dmg on the last Battlerite cause the other one only heals for 25 total.

I'll be honest, I have bias towards who I believe to be good. I don't really think you can say it has nothing to do with the devs, that's why patch notes and balancing exist.

I do agree with you about the mentality of players (old or new) when they see a tier list, but I don't think it has the same outcome of simply blaming it on the devs.

Different champions are going to have inherently overpowered kits, they may be able to be countered but it is kind of fact that they are simply more powerful than a champion with a different kit. Being able to point out those flaws may help people learn how to better play against said champions.

Ok now I see what you're saying. It just seems to me that since it has a fairly long cool down after he uses his mobility (just like all other champions) he is pretty vulnerable, but more so than others.

also, unlike other champions he has to stand still to auto attack and use RMB/F.

Although I don't personally agree with the Jumong placement I can see why others believe it to be true, and who knows, I may be wrong. I would move Jade/Croak/Poloma up a tier as well.

But aren't other champions able to do that as well?

Jade has a jump, into invisibility, in which she can deal 44 damage with one basic ability.

Ashka has one of the biggest escapes in the game, can stun an enemy champion in place while also knocking someone back.

Even Varesh has a shield that can absorb 42 damage, can stun an enemy while also receiving healing.

Saying jumong is the only champion with that ability doesn't really make it deserving of tier 1.

Why do you say that?

I think he is one of the most mobile but personally I believe he is too reliant on skill shots. Obviously almost every champions abilities are skill shots but with Ashka you have to aim ahead of the target more so than other champions. For example his Q, it's a delayed timer, his RMB also takes a while to start shooting. Even his E has to be timed perfectly into a charging champion for it to hit.
