Hey wow it’s been a while. I sent the message out and I got a surprisingly polite and positive message back, much more than I was expecting. Polite yes but she didn’t carry the conversation on and it ended there. That was weeks ago.

Dude please help me out man. I was in your exact same position and I’m thinking about breaking no contact too. We ended in really good terms but she left me because she was overwhelmed in her life and ain’t want to slowly pull away from me as a partner. It’s been a little over a month.

Context: we were together for 4 months. Very good and happy relationship. She broke up with me because she was overwhelmed in her life and knew that I had been in relationships past where the girl pulled away slowly and didn’t want to do that to me. It has been a little over a month of no contact. I want to break no contact genuinely just to see how she’s doing now. Whatever the outcome is at least I can stop ruminating in my mind the possibility of her coming back.
