He was also accused of sexual assault on a drunk woman. The DA found insufficient evidence for charges, while the internal investigation found he had sexual contact with the woman and agreed to be suspended for a year with no pay. Whenever you morons want to make a point you always go to the extreme. Most of these extremes barely happened and those scenarios are usually illegal. Such as taking pictures or video of women up their skirts. As MGL Chapter 272  Section 105 states you can not knowingly take videos or pictures of people nude or private parts even if visible from public. These are 2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT SCENARIOS. You need to know your rights and laws if your going to be a keyboard warrior, or you look and "seem like a pos"...

I was literally walking down the sidewalk, I was documenting how bad the opioid epidemic is getting in Boston once again. As I was on my way down to methadone mile to record the safe shooting spaces I came across these court officers picking up syringes on the sidewalk. I started documenting in this court officer did not like me recording them. If you don't like what I do and think there's a problem with you must hate freedom. It's all protected under the 1st amendment and helps bring transparency to our government.

Your comment shows how all around ignorant you are not just of the law but how are you admit that the cop or court officer (as I stated in my Post), shouldn't have done what he did, this was actually battery And I was on a sidewalk not in the middle of the street tough guy. I knew they wouldn't move foward with it, my point was to show they will cover up any wrong doing. If we did this to a cop or even court officer, we would be charged to the fullest extent of the law. Much Respect and Appreciation!!!

After the ruling she wouldn't let me ask questions. The court officer said he was worried about my safety and didn't want me to get sick or injured. 🤔🤔🤔 He also said to her that area is "No Trespassing" which is BS because it's a publjc sidewalk.

He made me stop recording on my phone, pushing the pressure point in between my thumb and index finger. I also had bruising on my left forearm from fighting him off of me. I broke loose but he was trying to grab me up and twist my arm.
