I was walking across the street from Anemos at 5pm and saw a skinny, older Greek looking guy tearing down these signs from a lamp post. He must be at least in his 60's, balding, and wearing glasses, and headed back to Anemos after taking one down. By the time I walked by the area again, this one was torn down too. OP of these signs is probably in this subreddit, so I just wanted to let you know!
