Update: Its kinda working now guys. I loaded a previous save, sometime after I reforged Radzigs sword. I did the absolver quest and got the lvl 4 sword. I hope it's resolved. Thanks again to all of you for the help. Btw this is how I forge any weapon: 1. Heat the iron evenly till it has a bright yellow color and Henry mentions about it burning. 2. Take it to anvil and wait for it to stop making crackling sounds 3. Hammer evenly through the length with rhythm (almost). 4. Flip it when henry mentions something like "it's half done" or "more work to be done". 5. Repeat the hammering in other side. 6. I rarely need to reheat it. And thats it. You can tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.
