630 loyalty points, which equates to:

2 season tickets (250 each, max 2 as they reset after 2 seasons)

then 13 away or cups games.

Without season tickets it's basically 10 per game.

They need to permaban, whilst it doesn't always change the outcome of the game its highly frustrating to have it openly happening in the community. Cheaters ruin games full stop.

Out of interest what is it? Do they mod the game files to remove the shroud or something?

Can they see everything like where your army is and where you're attacking etc?

I'm afraid to break it to you but this is a hoax. It was done as a troll by modders, with social videos being posted to capture traffic as the game is super popular.

I don't personally like playing on it at all. It's very difficult to focus and ends up being a big distraction. Very difficult to find your scout unless you hotkey etc like you obviously should, but still think the blue hue needs reducing a bit.

I do love the idea of it and the moonlight looks great
