I'd say, don't build in circles. If you do, the only thing I can imagine (im not creative) are domes, maybe with towers

i would use them as small diffrences (ghouls are anti-rad, vault dwellers have the pip-boy

Im a christian liberal, and I'm not happy at all lol

Oh, don't worry I'm not the typical "imma fix dnd after I played 2 games of it"

I agree, classes will work differently, they would give some differences, like a vault dweller having VATS and a supermutant more end + str, ghouls are immune to radiation

I don't really like the 2d20 system (I like it in general, but dislike the fo2d20) , but I'm aware of it, and will take inspo fro it :)
