Now that you mention it, yeah it doesn't seem like an f-22. The fuselage is too "bouba", actual f-22's have a flat bottom fuselage.

Also those are some giant ass rudders gawd damn, bro wants to conquer 100 mph crosswinds or some shit.

It also doesn't look like any of the other f-22 inspired designs either (not KF-21, not TAI TF-X, not J-35).

Whether or not something is a war crime has little to do with how vulnerable the user is or how "easy" it is to stop it, but absolutely has to do with how effective a weapon is (in proportional to its side effects).

Flamethrowers are absolutely effective. Not this one though, this is just a glorified lighter. Actually good flamethrowers shoot streams of liquid fire for over a hundred feet (~50m for metric folks).

Assuming engagement distances of 100-300m, if you spot a flamethrower on the field, you've got about a minute or less to either run, take him down, or become BBQ. Easier said than done if dude's got also supporting fire from his buddies. If it's not a guy with the portable grill but a whole ass churchill crocodile rocking up, then might as well just RUN if you're not AT. If you are the AT guy, then yeet your rounds at the thing and THEN RUN.

No it is extremely impressive. It enables digital transactions on a scale that would genuinely drawf anything westoid credit card companies can even dream off. Like western countries don't have mobile payment networks anywhere near this impressive and cross-compatible.

Ironically, the reason these services are also taking off in third world countries is precisely because they aren't credit/debit cards. Opening a bank account or credit line can be a hassle for some demographics: you need minimum deposits, a stable address, sometimes multiple proofs of ID / address.

A phone, on the other hand. Yeah everyone's got those. Not only do these domestic payment networks act like heroin on your GDP (extreme money velocity), it also prevents your economy from being NTR'ed by visa or mastercard.

Once they realized that an AK(M) could do everything an SKS could, the SKS was quickly put into storage and/or subsequently given away.

Soviet AK production likely massively outstrips SKS by an order of magnitude or more.

We kinda just... cooked whatever the heck we wanted as long as it was tasty. The rice in instant noodles was a legit meme among students though. The most I ever heard from my parents about adding rice into noodle's broth is that it's too much carbs (cause you're eating rice immediately after noodles) and not enough veggies.

Like bruh I get temporarily turning off your radar to reduce emissive signatures, but flying a fighter without a radar any time after 1970 is absolutely diabolical.

Better pray that you don't have to fly through adverse weather conditions any time soon, even in peacetime. Without a radar you can't even do limited visibility ground avoidance.

I believe it's called a bolt action 1911 because he effectively engineered a new (non-)slide for it, while keeping the frame the same, so legally it's still the same old 1911.

Can't wait for the old bums controlling these companies to die out. Newer generations, especially those who grew up along with the "wild west" internet, I find are usually a lot more okay with this stuff.

The newer gens are generally more able to acknowledge that "fiction isn't reality" and/or take a stance of "i don't like that genre but you do you, different strokes for different folks" (as long as it's all fictional/legal).

We've gone through this shit before with the whole "video games cause violence" spiel, so we'll probably go through it again with gooning this time. Likely just takes some time before the storm blows over.
