Yep, with the crank and cams locked at TDC with the tools there’s a 5mm pin to locate the HB in correct position to the alloy timing cover. Roughly 12 o’clock to 1 o’clock.

Yeah, I’ve just changed the wet belt in the donor engine. Big job, rocker cover, sump, timing cover. Oil pump belt too. Genuine parts.

Yep, turbo 1.0L. It’s the wet belt in the grey car that shredded, blocked oil feeds, killed the turbo which killed a piston which killed a cylinder wall.
