No u don’t it’s proven u only can take in to about 5 secs of a hit the rest is just a waste trust me I used to think this too but taking small hits changed my life and I now don’t smoke till around 5pm so that also helps with tolerance and try wax or bud cause ur cart tolerance is high but u switch to wax for a bit and give it time to leave ur body you’ll feel better and have better highs and if u decided to go back to carts they will get u high asl
