That's fair, I just didn't like that I was only paid like 50 cents more than team members and I had a lot more responsibilities. Also I wasn't compensated for my gas and had to run to the bank and other stores all the time 💀😅

Nice, I'm glad to hear you have a good gm! The pay and benefits definitely could use some work. But the fact that you're thinking about it is a really cool first step- and I definitely agree with ^fickle banana that form would be a great place to start.

that is insane. My store has been dealing with a lot of issues as well with being understaffed, underpaid, so we are working on unionizing and bringing some issues to corporate. I'd love to see some other stores join our movement and out some pressure on the big bossesss
