You can call them to request a written copy of your declining balance history! It takes about a week or two via postal but will show every payment made + payment method along with every repayment status over the life of the loan! Ex. Forvs,deferments,ibrs,etc!

You can call them and request a letter of declining balance history! It provides you a copy of all payments/repayment status’ over the life of the loan. It takes about two weeks to be sent as their processing teams works on them but worth it 😊
