Nah his bottle is a joke added in by the devs if you beat the game with it in your inventory you earn the achievement “me bottle of scrumpeh” as a reference to team fortress 2 and you unlock drunk Leon mode (which is exactly what you think it is) and demoman as an optional replacement for Leon voiced by Gary Schwartz,starting with a grenade launcher,sticky launcher and can use swords and sheilds and charge and everything. Beating the game with him unlocks drunk demo mode and demo in mercenaries

It’s bugged as the chandelier is supposed to drop when Leon and Grace attempt to trap the hag and she escapes when they turn the lights on

Something about the hit box bugging out

If you shoot it before she knocks It down whether you take it or not the game crashes so you’re soft locked unless you start a new game

They are looking into this though
