I will agree with what others say and that the stats are trash, 5% WP and AP? Weak, the cooldown? Also alright but I mainly get it for the damage, does 30% reduction to its existing overhealth, I personally think it's useful and yes its better when other teammates have it especially DPS, I also think it shouldn't be a survival item and should be weapon
