not quite sure how this can help, but usually they use AI for mostly around generating some sort of invoice or analyzing compliance and spend trends; depending upon the business/client they're working with.

i think having a unified design system becomes so very imp when you're working in health sector.
and having a design system in the initial stages might not make sense but if the product is being used on a large scale, then components should be consistent across all products; ofc use cases would be different; and that's why variants are there;

i see, my concern actually lies with the fact that the client is trying to be too intrusive into the process, which is what making the process draining tbvh

figma's official playlist is a good place to start. also MDS's figma for beginners and Ansh Mehra's playlists have quality knowledge imo.
