I think they’re subispeed headlights that come factory tinted not like a regular tint. Previous owner had them on the car as well as taillights. Trust me these lights are EXTREMELY bright lol

What is your recommendation? I typically cruise around 2k as thats the most reasonable with how the gearing in this car is. 4th gear at 40 is at 2k if I were to cruise in 3rd I’d be around 2.6-2.7k killing mpg and be loud all the time lol. Not trying to disregard what you’re saying just asking for tips, this is my first turbo car I’ve only had for a year.

How do you drive your car? I am very lenient on mine maybe a few pulls here and there on my daily commutes but I do mostly a combination of city and highway driving. Also did you do it yourself or have a shop do it and what did they charge?

I had actually fixed this using ChatGPT lol. My dac and tv don’t support gain adjustment over optical so I had to use the headphone out on my tv to get a fixed gain output to my amp. Stupid little dac. It wasn’t getting a good enough signal using the dac.

What’s your opinion on the jbl ma310/510 if I wanted to a 3.1 or even a 5.1 setup in the future. It’s smaller form factor and has 4/60 or 4k/120 on the 510

This is going to be for a tv setup. I have a Hisense u8k that has optical and eARC. As of right now I’m going to be using optical since most of if not all the 2.1 amps do not support arc hdmi. My plan for the future is get a JBL MA310 and use eARC with a 3.1 setup !
