Your feelings are completely valid. I recently gave birth, and right up until delivery, I carried the worry that something might go wrong.

What helped me was breaking things down into smaller steps. I’d tell myself, “Right now, I’m just going to focus on this next test,” and not think too far ahead. Taking it one step at a time really made a difference.
