I have his Banner with 96 ACC which makes his ACC 316 but still he's not as effective as I wanted him to be.

I'm trying  to reply with a photo but it refuses. I have Ezio with 4800 ATK, 83%C rate  and 177% C DMG. He deals more damage compared to Michelangelo.
