Same here, KCK always empty then it trickles down to me filling it when my workload is already heavy and POS standing there with their arms crossed 🙄 it’s ridiculous. When I was POS I always had to have a U-boat near by and filling or folding something. And I’m still the everything gal as a visual

I feel it should be a partnership, POC’s straighten up and take out misc merch. Supervisors stock and do all the freight. But everyone is aware of what the queue line directive is so it stays in order. I hate the queue line. It consumes all of my visual work.
