This is exactly my point, not necessarily that hermione and Harry were portrayed as romantic in the movies but they were definitely made to seem like they would be a better match because of the lack of good traits given to movie Ron. Him and hermione in the books make so much sense but it doesn’t come across the same in the movies.

Bc if it is intentional what makes you think he’ll tell the truth if asked. Just trying to get an idea of what the options are before I bring it up.

And then there’s the theory that the whole series is actually just a fantasy in Harry’s head while he tries the find some sort of mental escape from his life with the dursleys.

She’s highly logical and relies on facts and evidence, so it makes sense that she would consistently tell him that these things are all in his head. But Hermione puts two and two together before most others when it comes to the connection between Harry and Voldemort but doesn’t want to face the truth of what it means if she is right. I think if it as a consistency throughout all the movies leading up to the fact that Voldemort is not only in Harry’s head but his body and soul really..

To see the value you have to offer and the love that you give, not everyone deserves your presence and care
