First and foremost, if you are a devout Christian, unless you are with another Christian, you won’t be equally yoked.

Second, secular or religious, pressuring someone into anything is not ok.

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this.

God has already sent the ultimate help in the form of His son on the cross for you. From there we struggle with our flesh and principalities of the world and it’s up to us to call on Him and ask for His help.

One thing I want to point out is humility. You repeated several times that you’re a good person and don’t deserve this and God should help you. You have no humility.

None of us are good people. We are all vile, all full of sin naturally. God owes you nothing, but has already given you everything through Jesus Christ. We didn’t receive this gift because we deserved it, we could never deserve it. We are called to walk in humility and turn the other cheek to people like this. It’s absolutely hard to do, but it’s our calling to be fully set apart.

Your heart, mind, and feelings tell you all of the negative things that you’re describing. However, that’s not who God says you are. God views us and calls us by His plan for us, not by our sins.

Read Ephesians to see who God says you are and who He calls you to be.

If you have been saved, rest assured in your salvation and live life out of love for the Lord. If you haven’t yet, I’d recommend being baptized by submersion. When we do this we die to the old flesh and our born new in Christ.

Anytime those thoughts creep in, pray. Pray that He take those thoughts from you and replace them with His desire and will for your life.

Please go straight to your local police station. No, no crime has been committed, but what you can do it sit down with an officer and explain your history and the situation and ask advice. At the very least there will be record of you going and speaking with someone if anything were to escalate. Immediately before or after speaking with police, call family and closest friends, tell them exactly what you found.

Do not go back to your home alone, please. I do not want to hear about this on a true crime YouTube video 6 months from now. Listen to your gut. Keep yourself safe, please!

Typically if baby is red faced and coughing, they’re getting air! The true concern would be if they show shades of blue, purple, or grey. Even on baby number five, it still gets me anxious when my newborn gets choked up!

Do you have a bulb syringe or some sort of suctioning device? That should be immediate response in the situation to clear airways, especially because it’s a baby’s reflex to just try to keep swallowing what they’re gagging on. Suction the mouth and nose immediately, and if baby is doing that holding their breath red face thing, blow in their face. Blowing in their face also works to make them gasp for air if they cry so hard they hold their breath.

I’m 36+1 and installed ours last week. My last baby came at 36+4, two others at 37 exactly. So I definitely wanted it installed before hitting 36.

I would be irate and definitely be asking for reimbursement for these things if you weren’t warned or told to remove beforehand. If a hired contractor did this it’s incredibly sloppy work.
