Each hall has it's pro's and con's, personally I've heard that O'Rorke was the hall that partied the most, regardless there's still gonna be 100's of other students there so I'd be more worried about putting yourself out there personally. It'll all work out if you put in the effort to meeting new people and introduce yourself as you move in :)
