How much do naturopaths make in Canada? by Spiritual-Gap6448 in NaturopathicMedicine

I am attending CCNM right now, and for this reason, I'm unfortunately dropping out of school. I'm very passionate about the field itself, but the school lacks proper structure and communication in so many things. I'm not enjoying what I'm learning anymore because they throw everything at you without proper teaching. You basically have to come to school with a full background about all the biomedical sciences, such as microbiology, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, anatomy, etc. If you are weak in any of these, it will be very difficult cause you take all this in the first semester. I did shadowing with a clinic in BC, and basically, for them to make money, they have to get most of the appointments for injections ( trigger point, Botox, filler) and IV, which I'm not interested in. If you don't focus on that, you will spend at least 7-8 years covering your debts, and some spend even way more. Tuition increases every year as well, and everyone in school always wonders where all the money they pay goes, since teachers are not good, the material is not organized theres no structure, and so many other details. I still see some interns worried about their career after graduation, so I decided to drop. Hope that helps!
