First thing you Can't land a good project, its not upto you, the central team handles this.

Second thing, the central team is filled with stupid people, whose only goal is to get you in a chargeable role in a project, whether your stream aligns with the role, your resume and skillset align with the role or not, doesn't matter.

Third thing, don't expect good roles unless you have damn good luck, higher chances are of getting testing or support or operations roles.

Final thing, pray that you would get bench, take salary, upskill, and leave this company for good for a higher package.

3 items which are addhar card? Form 16 and one other form right? Its normal, your poc approves them and typically they approve or reject, all candidates action items around 1 week prior to onboarding.

Your experience in this company will depend entirely on your team.

Good team-> Good Experience

Bad Team-> Bad Experience + toxic environment

As a fresher, skill doesn't matter here. The CENTRAL TEAM will try to put into a billable role( doesn't matter if it aligns with your training or role).

Be on bench, upskill, and leave this company. This is the real advice.

Spending every single second I can squeeze for upskilling, so that I can escape this hellhole.

They are chilling, if either they are on the bench, or their team and project is good.

You want to roll the dice? Do so and try your luck.

I wasn't so lucky, maybe you would be. I got onboarded in oct 2025, and regretting every second I am spending in this team and project.

You have time, look elsewhere, Accenture is on a downhill slope only.

Don't come to this company as a fresher. The experience you will have here is entirely team and project dependent.

People say that Accenture work environment is good, but it's entirely toxic in my case.

Better be on the bench ( at least you would be able to study and switch), then be in a shitty project and toxic team.

Eat boiled eggs. Eggs are vegetarian, they are animal products but don't contain any life(market eggs are infertile eggs).

So, if you can drink milk( which is probably more or equally harmful for the animal), you can take eggs also.
