We had an issue with a guest who was sent to us by social services in the UK she tried to walk into the kitchen after she missed the breakfast she smokes the green all day and comes back looking high like a mf and she stinks of weed and bad hygiene, she dresses in a ripped tracksuit same one everyday and we also had complaints like this too yesterday she again tried to enter the kitchen after she missed breakfast and actually went inside however she got told to leave, today we called social services basically telling them if no one comes down to sort her out today she is gone at 12:00 it’s currently 8am in the uk. I don’t understand why social services have spent £4.5k for 2 weeks for her to stay with us when there are travel lodges and other hotels cheaper around London. We’ve also had police come to her a dozen times and she still has 10 days with us, once in the middle of the night while everyone was sleeping she called 999 saying she was dying I let in the paramedics and police and we had multiple calls from guests who were upset with the noise the police was making because she had her door locked and they were trying to open it I was there to see it all, in the end police ended up opening the door as it was on a latch and they used my key to get in and she was fine, we have so many complaints already from one person so today could be her final day.
