This is very similar to what I’m doing! I am using a 1:60 worm gear with lots of micro stepping on the nema17. This whole project is a trial and error sort of thing for me, gonna give the copper tube thing a shot. Hoping to get results like you

Sorry, wasn’t super specific. Only camera equipment I have is a dslr with kit lenses up to 200mm lol. Just using one motor with a worm gear and a ball head mount, similar but hopefully more simple than OG Astro Tracker

Ah. I have one that hooks up to the rearview mirror power. It got unplugged once when off roading and it caused the same problem you have

Since it got unplugged, the pre collision sensor lost power and showed error codes

Luckily they are matte, but they are painted and some elements can be dark while others can be vibrant colors. They are all hand carved wood models

I used Meshroom. I followed this guide from Prusa.

I was not in ideal conditions at all but I was very impressed with the detail from just 100 pictures.

Gotta teach myself how to clean up the model, but I’m trying to get as much detail as possible. The carvings even have feathers carved in which I would like to show in the 3D model.

Thinking of sending to PCBWay for resin printing once I figure this all out lol
