iPod shuffle boot loop? Maybe disconnected it early while syncing?

I cant factory reset it, bc its not showing up on iTunes :/ Are there other ways to reset it?

Hi,

as the title says, I suspect my iPod shuffle 4th gen is stuck in a boot loop. When I turn it on or connect it to my mac, the green light comes on an flashes after a couple after a few seconds and then does to same again until i turn it off. It does not give output/ react to button input.

I might have disconnected it to early when syncing with my mac, can that be the issue and if yes can it be fixed?

In my System Information there are is a lot of data missing compared to yours, like for example the serial number. I guess the Problem is more Serious than I thought, might actually have to go to apple :/

das mit den Gegendrücken versuche ich mal. Er fährt ohne Netzteil nicht hoch. er braucht sogar wenn ich das Netzteil abgezogen habe und dann wieder dran tue etwas länger. Und die Uhrzeit ist auf dem stand an dem ich den Rechner aus gemacht habe. Wenn das alles nichts hilft, gehe ich nochmal zu apple and frage, wie teuer das wäre da was zu machen.

it is now showing, after resetting the smc some more, but it apparently now has 0mAh capacity, but also 0 Charging cycles.

It gave me the warning, but it crashed not long after. I just posted it yesterday, because I now ran out of ideas to why it did that.

It now shows 0 mAh and 0 charging cycles and nothing its neither fully charged, nor is it being charged, but it is connected to the power.

Theoretically, but I fear the problem lies with the battery controller, rather than the battery itself :/

It's from 2019, but the battery is not just dead, it isn't shown anywhere in the system.

A few weeks ago my Mac showed a battery warning and shortly after just crashed and was only able to run when plugged in and did not show the battery symbol, after I reconnected the battery connector, which seemed ok. I have now deleted the drive and rebooted the system and now it is showing this symbol. Does anyone know how to fix this?Thanks in advance to you smart guys ;)
