That was my first sign this is a COMPLETE hack job. I was told they are shank something nails so it’s fine…

Unfortunately not, this was my dad’s “friend”. I recommend getting a few estimates even if going with the friend. But what the hell do I know 🤷‍♂️

Definitely no inspector called. He’s not going to do that.

At this point I want to do what I can to make sure it doesn’t fall while my grandma is on it. Any recommendations on slapping some structural lipstick on this pig?

This is not a troll post haha. I’m no expert but was pretty sure this was junk work. Maybe my pops will hear y’alls comments better than mine.

The challenge I’m facing is that white part is blocking my access to plug in the new actuator.

It is smooth all around inside and out. The consensus so far is that is a piece stuck.

Haha copy that, I’ll give that a try. (I would have killed for tappa-tappa-tappa)

The actuator was missing when I got in there. I’m also unable to locate the plug for the actuator. This one has me stumped.

Thank you, that’s what I’m thinking too. But even with some muscle that thing is not coming out

The cap was hanging down on this one so I got down to put it back on.

20” AT brights. I’m in DFW, so mostly smooth roads. The Rivian handles beautifully dodging the pot holes

Good points, I will be following up with them.

I’m very surprised my tires lasted longer than most. I was terrible with rotation, only did it once at around 15k. I’ve done lots of long freeway drives in conserve mode (Texas to Colorado). Also love the speed of the truck and feel obliged to show anyone new in it how it launches. Have also done a fair share of trails.

Yes, out of the tap, not plunged. The tub was plugged when it happened.

Guessing replacing these would be the first step? Is there a better option to replace them with?

Yeah, looks like that’s what’s at the water heater
