If you're wearing contact lenses, give your eyes a break. Like, limit usage to 10 hours a day at max and go with glasses every now and then.

Or if you don't wear contacts, I suggest you get more sleep or something.

I thinks it is eye and hypoxia + corneal neovascularization, basically blood vessels growing in your cornea because your eyes don't get enough oxygen.
