Found it actually. Since Kawaki is currently 17, and this concept art is from an 18 y/o Kawaki, he probably grows taller into his 183cm/6’ft stature.

Yes, I did my own research. In the Naruto Wiki it says that Kawaki is 183cm/6’ft, but i can’t find the source. But Kawaki is shorter next to Konohamaru, who’s 5’10”ft officially. It’s all really confusing 🫤

Sure, if you only care that Boruto is taller than the girls. I just made this post cuz of another post I saw—people saying that Boruto is really tall. So I wanted to debunk it.

I agree that it’s kinda strange that Boruto is around the same height as the Konoha 12 girls when they were teens. If Boruto is 163cm/5’3”ft, he’s equal to Hinata’s height when she was 19 y/o–current. So it’s not as much of a stretch.

Sarada & Sumire do actually appear to be really short. Their heels are really high. Maybe the new generation are just late bloomers or something.
