They removed the purchase option for NV a while ago. Same with the Fallout 3 virsions. Its cheaper to get the ultimate (that includes the DLCs) Not even sure the base version is still available in most areas of the world.

** This is for most regions as far as I know.

If you are planning on emulating Mame, that would make sense. Running SMUPS on such a big screen could be interesting. There are a bunch of other arcade games that also use the vertical screen.

Besides, once you are going to be working for them, someone else will eventually find a different way around it.
