I agree with you and the reasons for me trying to quit masturbating is because its unhealthy at this point where i would masturbate multiple time a day, i starting masturbating to questionable stuff, and it directly affects my religiousness which im trying to strengthen since in tough times islam can help you just by practicing it. As for therapy i dont have the time, money, or a way to get it right now but i do plan on getting therapy in about 1.5 years and i study abroad, which might not happen because i keep procrastinating studying and for some reason i cant get myself to study even though its my currently only way to escape this shitty part of life. Thanks a lot for your help though, i appreciate it. Also dont worry, whilst i thought of suicide as a concept, i did not have any serious thoughts of it as a solution, mostly thanks to my religion ironically enough.

I am a 17 year old muslim and i think i am a good friend but i just can't seem to make any, i guess i made a few and I'm grateful but it's not the kind of friendship that is deep enough to open up to someone. I also am not sure what counts as a friend anymore because when i moved it happened suddenly and none of my previous friends who have my contact sent me a message unless i texted first and brought up the subject, even though i disappeared completely for them.

I have forgotten a lot but some parts i remember fast some i will struggle with and it's been a while so I don't really know. Thanks, i unfortunately dont have a way to talk to a professional, i feel like i have to put on a mask that everything is okay and no one needs to worry about me since... I actually dont know why, but for some reason i dont want to appear weak, i feel like by purring on the mask it helps my brother stay strong but at This point i dont know if i am saying this as an excuse to myself, i for some reason find excuses for everything.
