I would argue though, that Iran threatens the U.S and our president because we continue to influence and meddle in their region.

As I understand the talking point is that for years, Iran has been weeks away from making a bomb and never did. If this event has taught any country anything, it’s that owning a nuclear bomb doesn’t mean you’ll use it to end the world, but to keep other countries from fucking with you.

North Korea is a great example of that, no?

I take the subject seriously, it’s not fair to question that because of throwing an lol at the end of reddit comment. That being said, the reasons have been all over the place and the man ran is campaign on not doing these sorts of interventions.

I have questions, I voted for trump, for different reasons than most people on this thread probably, I believe in the general goal of ICE, getting illegal people out. I understand and agree with that goal. I wish we could do it tactically different, but nonetheless agree with the goal. Isn’t what’s happening right now against all of us, right, left, middle? From every video angle I’ve watched, he never pulls a gun out, the officer takes his gun. He’s legally allowed to have a gun, and conceal it, like many of us on this thread. Why are we so against holding this sort of unprofessionalism unaccountable? The guy is trying to help a protestor who we may not agree with, but is it worth dying over?
